. You'll need to have the product, its original packaging, and anything that came in the original packaging (such as instruction manuals). The product must be new and in excellent condition. No returns will be accepted on installed items, refurbished items, partial packages, cut items like wire, special orders or items that were delivered over 30 days ago. Shipping charges won't be refunded, unless we made an error. There is a minimum restocking fee of 25%.
